The craft was carrying the pilot, co-pilot, and four tourists at the time of the crash in Medellín, Colombia, on the evening of 26 February.
The helicopter, a Bell 206 with the registration HK4810, ended up on top of a restaurant building next to a communications antenna.
Over 70 emergency workers took part in the rescue operation.
One of the pilots reportedly suffered a broken leg and was hospitalised, while the others only sustained minor injuries.
The authorities are investigating whether the accident occurred due to a technical problem with the chopper.
According to initial reports, this helicopter was used to carry out tourist flights over the city, lasting between 12 and 15 minutes.
The investigation into the crash continues.
