A 20-year-old model was killed when the motorbike she was on smashed into the back of a taxi.
Shelsey Daniela Nougues Guerrero tragically died at the scene in the early hours of yesterday morning (27 Feb).
Witnesses told how the taxi driver crossed lanes in a bid to overtake another vehicle.
Shelsey’s brother Arturo had no time to react as the KTM 390 Duke the siblings were riding slammed into the cab’s boot.

Paramedics were sent to the scene and found pillion passenger Shelsey lying motionless on the tarmac.
They could only confirm she’d died from her injuries on the road between Floridablanca and Girón, Colombia.
Arturo was taken to a health facility in critical condition.
The motorbike and the taxi were heavily damaged by the impact of the collision.
Shelsey lived in Piedecuesta and was in the fifth term of her industrial engineering degree at uni in nearby Bucaramanga.
She worked part-time as a fashion model alongside her studies.
Highway officials have confirmed that an investigation into the incident is underway.
The authorities have seized both vehicles.
