A TV presenter has revealed that she “nearly died” after a cosmetic op.
Nanis Ochoa said she underwent a procedure to reshape her breasts and reduce her waistline.
The 35-year-old mum added that the surgical team remodelled part of her ribcage.
The Colombian celebrity said: “They didn’t remove them.
“They did a new technique that is like entering and positioning the ribs in a different way, like inwards.”
The TV star, who boasts 1 million Instagram followers, said the operations were initially problem-free.

However, she subsequently contracted an infection and “nearly died.”
Ochoa said she felt some discomfort for a few days after the ops on 30 January before bouncing back stronger than ever.
She told the TV show Lo Sé Todo, which she used to present until December last year: “After five days, I was already doing interviews, I was going out to dinner.
“After eight days I was already making videos and doing photoshoots.
“It didn’t hurt at all.

“After 10 days, I felt perfect and was ready to go back to the gym as if I hadn’t undergone the surgery.
“Then my left arm began to turn red and hot to the touch.”
Ochoa, who used to be married to Colombian music star Juan Pablo Navarrete, added: “I nearly died.”
The influencer said she had developed cellulitis, a deep infection of the skin caused by bacteria.
The condition usually affects the arms and legs.
Cellulitis can quickly become life-threatening if left untreated as the infection can spread to the lymph nodes and bloodstream.
She said she underwent the procedures because she wanted to improve her figure after motherhood.
The TV star stated: “My body and my figure have always been a fundamental part of my work.
“So I made the decision to make a change and improve my shape.”
