An influencer doctor has died suddenly just hours after posting her last video.
Tatiana Guluarte – better known online as ‘Doctor Ear’ – passed away unexpectedly on Friday (1 Mar).
News of her death was first announced by Hospiten Cabo San Lucas where she worked in Baja California, Mexico.
A hospital spokesperson said: “It is with great pain that the Hospiten family announces the death of our beloved Dr Tatiana Guluarte.
“We share the deep sorrow that affects her friends and family.

“We extend our most sincere condolences. Rest in peace.”
The 39-year-old’s family and employers have yet to announce the cause of her sudden death.
Dr Guluarte was an ear nose and throat specialist who garnered over 2.5 million followers on TikTok and 40,000 on Instagram.
The otolaryngologist shared content mostly related to discovering foreign objects in patients’ ears.
In her clips, she also described the diagnosis procedure and the treatment the patient received.
Last year, she admitted that most of her patients were coming to her because of her TikTok videos rather than through referral or the Hospiten network.
She posted her last video on Instagram just hours before her death.
Dr Guluarte talked about a patient with a build up of wax in their ear.
She graduated as a surgeon from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara.
She later studied otolaryngology at the Autonomous University of Mexico.
