A masked man threw a Molotov cocktail into a fish and chip shop as OAP customers waited for their takeaway dinners.
They were left ducking for cover after the shocking petrol bomb attack.
Hero staff reacted quickly to douse the flames before the eatery could catch fire.
The horror moment was captured on CCTV inside and outside the Zia’s takeaway.

The security camera out the front shows the yob walking across parking spaces near the eatery.
He is hiding the bottle behind his back, before lighting it and storming in.
Inside the fish and chip and pizza takeaway, three elderly men were patiently waiting for their food.
The Molotov cocktail was then thrown over the counter narrowly missing a female staff member at the till who ducked.
The petrol bomb thug runs out and the customers walk towards the exit as the workers extinguish the fire.
They used an extinguisher in the takeaway in the Walkinstown area of Dublin, Ireland, at around 8pm on Tuesday (19 Mar).
Cops were called and are hunting the man.
One local fumed: “What’s with people molotoving takeaways?”

A Garda spokesperson said: “We are investigating an incident of criminal damage by fire that occurred at a shop in Walkinstown, Dublin on the 19 March at approximately 8pm.
“No injuries have been reported at this time and no arrests have been made.”
