The man allegedly launched the attack after being told he’d only get back 85% of what he’d paid if he cancelled the order.
Footage filmed by an onlooker shows how he begins the destruction by cracking both mirrors on the front of a wardrobe.
Dressed in a vest top, swim shorts and flip-flops, he then swings his axe into a wooden wardrobe beside it.
Afterwards, the man smashes a sliding glass door before destroying a drawer with one fell swoop, knocking it from the wall.
Two female witnesses in view of the camera, are powerless to stop the onslaught and can merely look on as the violent spree continues.
Officers were called to the scene and arrested the suspect on the spot, as reported on Need To Know.
The police said he has been released on bail after paying a bond but did not clarify what he is being charged with.
