Paul Gascoigne used to have CORN FLAKES as his pre-match meal during his playing days.
The 56-year-old ex-England legend enjoyed the breakfast cereal just four hours before a big game.
He was playing at Tottenham in his prime at the time in the 1990/91 season.

Gazza steered Spurs to FA Cup glory that season with a stunning free-kick versus arch rivals Arsenal in a 3-1 semi-final win.
They beat Nottingham Forest in the final despite Gascoigne getting crocked.
Match of the Day host and teammate Gary Lineker revealed the bizarre dish that made the midfielder play so well.

He said all the Tottenham players had carb-rich pasta with a meat protein.
Gascoigne had some lasagne but finished off with Corn Flakes.
Lineker, 63 – who also played with Gazza for the Three Lions – appeared on BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme.
He read out a list of their pre-match meals from that season.
“Paul Allen, roast chicken, Nayim, lasagne, Guðni Bergsson, spaghetti bolognese – as did I apparently.
“Pasta seemed to be the thing back then.
“Paul Gascoigne, lasagne and Corn Flakes. Only Gazza.
“Pre-match meal, so four or five hours before.”

Lineker said his own attempts to be healthy on the day of a match were thrown into confusion when he was at Barcelona, as reported on Need To Know.
The former striker said he and Welsh international Mark Hughes were stunned when they discovered a bottle of Rioja wine on the table to drink just hours before kick-off.
“I went to Barcelona and even on the day of the game you’d sit at tables of four and there would always be a bottle of Rioja on the table and four glasses,” he said.
“Even pre-match you’d drink the whole bottle between you.
“Me and Mark Hughes couldn’t believe it when we first joined.
“We thought ‘this is alright’. I can’t imagine that’s still a thing now – I’d be very surprised.”
