A two-year-old boy has been found inside a suitcase abandoned in the street.
A passerby heard the tot’s cries from inside the dumped luggage and immediately called the police.
Officers arrived on the scene and found the toddler wearing beige trousers and a red jacket inside the case.

The authorities said the child showed signs of violence.

Due to his visible injuries, the police arranged for the tot to be taken to a nearby hospital for medical checks.
The boy was found in Puebla, located southeast of Mexico City, Mexico, at around 7am on Tues (16 Apr).
The young victim is currently in the care of social services as the police investigate who is responsible for abandoning him.
Among other investigative measures, officers are analysing the CCTV footage in the area to try to identify the suspects.
In Mexico, anyone convicted of child abandonment and endangering the life of a minor can face lengthy jail sentences as well as a fine.
If abandoned by a parent, they can also be stripped of all parental rights, as reported by Need to Know.
The investigation into the toddler’s abandonment is ongoing.
