The Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, which can do 0-60mph in just 2.5 seconds, was made in 2015.
It was one of only 92 ever made, but then modified by the original owner.
It has also done just 3,231 miles – just 359 a year, or less than a mile a day.
But the downside for fans is the price.
The flash motor is being sold by Sotheby’s Sealed with an auction estimate of £1.5million.
The model Bugatti Veyron was sold for £1million at the time.
But the unique design of his example means the price is much higher.
Celebrity owners of Veyrons have included boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr, football legend Cristiano Ronaldo and X Factor supremo Simon Cowell.
A spokesperson for the auctioneers said: “Sotheby’s Sealed is thrilled to present one of the most recognizable Bugatti Veyrons in existence.
“This Grand Sport Vitesse was specially commissioned by its original owner who was inspired by his love of the Transformers film franchise.
“The car features numerous one-off Transformers-themed features both inside and out, making for a truly unforgettable automobile.
“Acquired by its current owner eight years ago and presents in excellent condition throughout.
The Veyron boasts an eight-litre, 1,200 bhp engine, as reported by Need To Know.
The auction takes place in Madrid, Spain, on 1 May.
