A young couple got engaged then headed to Wetherspoons to celebrate.
Nic Burton, 25 and 24-year-old Stella Barker 24 have been together for two-and-a-half years.
He popped the question and they then made a beeline for one of the budget pubs to toast it.

The pair are from Adelaide, Australia and are currently exploring the country. Nic went down on one knee in St Lukes Mews – famed for its colour houses – in Notting Hill, north west London.

She said yes and they headed to The Holland Tringham – their local Wetherspoons, in Streatham, south London.
Nic said: “We were told in the cab ride on day one of living in the UK that we should drink at these pubs.
“We’d never heard of them.
“Anyway, I proposed in Notting Hill, then we celebrated at the Wetherspoons.”
The pair met when Stella worked as a personal trainer at Nic’s gym.”

They decided to pack up their bags two-months ago and explore the UK on a three-year visa.
After their engagement last Saturday, (11 May) he posted on Wetherspoons The Game Facebook page.
Customers can then get sent free drinks by other fans.
He wrote: “Couldn’t help myself but ask my beer drinking girlfriend the question in this weather.“

The newly-engaged were overwhelmed with drinks.
Players post a picture of themselves at the cheap boozer and share the name of the pub as well as their table number.
Well-wishers then order an abundance of drinks and food to their table.

But the players promise to pay their booze forward to the next player.
The group has a staggering 690,000 members.
The pair were given six pints, four glasses of champagne, four packets of crisps, one plate of chips and two bowls of peas.
One player, named Nic wrote: “Congrats – San Miguels on the way.”
