Fishing boats were battered and destroyed during a violent hurricane.
The vessels bashed into each other as others were pounded into the shore.
The catastrophic damage was caused by Hurricane Beryl.

It happened on the Caribbean island of Barbados.
The category five hurricane has also hit Jamaica, as reported by Need To Know.
Debris from the boats was left strewn in the water as locals could only watch on.
The hurricane hit yesterday (1 Jul).
Local Tija Lee said: “Oh wow”.
“That’s very sad. I hope they were insured,” commented another user.

“Rather predictable, perhaps. I’m very sad for the fishermen,” said another person.
“Wow bro this is bad,” added another shocked person.
Dr Caligari said: “So sad.”
The storm is expected to bring more rain and cause even more damage today (2 Jul).
