A railing collapsed under the weight of 1,800 jobseekers as they turned up to interviews for just 10 places.
Footage shows how the steel railing was bent out of place by the bulging crowd as people jostled to get into the building.
The railing eventually collapsed, spilling the candidates onto the parked motorcycles below in Ankleshwar, India.

The clip shows how at least six people fell as two others jumped in a bid to control their landing last Monday (8 Jul).
Thanks to the short drop, no one sustained serious injuries, as reported on Need To Know.
Local media say a whopping 1,800 people showed up at the interview venue in the Lords Plaza Hotel.
This was after just 10 vacancies were advertised by an engineering company in nearby Jhagadia.
Bharuch District, where both Ankleshwar and Jhagadia are located, is described as a magnet for internal migrants due to its work opportunities.
It has an estimated population of 1.8million people.
Local MP Mansukh Vasava blamed the company for the incident.
He said: “They were filling up only 10 vacancies and should have specified the criteria properly instead of just holding an open interview.
“At some level, the incident occurred because of the company.
“We are worried about it and steps are being taken to ensure such incidents don’t happen again.”
