The festival, renowned for its picturesque location and vibrant atmosphere, has once again sold out, maintaining its streak of consecutive sellouts since 2006. This year’s festival promises an unforgettable experience with five world-class headliners: Paolo Nutini, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Streets, Paul Heaton with Rianne Downey, and Keane.

Adding to the excitement, the festival will feature the summer’s most anticipated DJ set, with Gary Neville going back-to-back with Tim Burgess. Other notable acts include Sugababes, Declan McKenna, The Reytons, and comedy performances by Russell Howard and Paul Smith.

Tim Peaks Diner, a festival favourite, will return with an eclectic line-up, including A Certain Ratio, Dave Haslam, Nik Void, and a special set by Tim Burgess with Helen O’Hara and the Royal Northern College of Music’s Session Orchestra.

Festival founder Andy Smith expressed his gratitude for the loyal community of festival-goers, stating, “Although we’ve sold out each year since 2006, we never rest on our laurels and it’s always a wonderfully fulfilling moment when that final ticket is snapped up. We are very excited to welcome you through the gates of our home at Lowther Deer Park in less than one week.”

Kendal Calling offers a wide range of activities and attractions, from new bands at Calling Out to family-friendly events like Kids Calling, art installations, and the High Seas-themed parade. The festival’s unique blend of music, arts, and culture ensures there is something for everyone.

Despite the sellout, fans can still keep an eye on Kendal Calling’s official resale partner, Tixel, for any available tickets.

Kendal Calling continues to be celebrated as one of the UK’s best festivals, likened to a ‘mini Glastonbury of the North,’ offering diverse experiences in every corner of its expansive venue. Set in the breathtaking Lake District, the festival promises an unparalleled escape with unforgettable moments.
