Criminal doppelgängers for comedian David Walliams and footballer Erling Haaland have left Sheffield residents in stitches.
Lookalikes of the Little Britain star and Manchester City striker have been spotted in police e-fits after a “distraction burglary” took place on 14 July in High Green, Sheffield, as reported by Need To Know.
In the images you can see a man with brown hair and the facial features of 52-year-old Walliams.

And the second man has blonde locks that are strikingly similar to 24-year-old Haaland.
The generated images were released by South Yorkshire Police following the incident in Sheffield.

A victim reported to the police that his wallet had been stolen by two men working together between 10:30am and 11am.
Members of the public were left shocked by the dopplegangers.
Daniel Birkenhead said: “David Walliams and Erling Haaland have been quiet since this dropped.”

Nicki Taylor said: “That’s David Walliams.”
Gillian Thompson added: “David Walliams is the first bloke.”
Mark Hemmingway said: “David Walliams and Erling Haaland.”
Karan Fox said: “Is that David Walliams?”
Eli House stated: “One on the right is Erling Haaland.”
Carl Woodrow said: “Erling Haaland has been robbing in Sheffield.”

The comments attracted dozens of likes and ‘laughing face’ emojis.
South Yorkshire Police said: “One man is described as white, in his 50s, of a stocky build, with brown hair thinning on the top. He is said to have spoken with a local accent and was wearing dark clothing.
“The second man is described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, in his late teens to early 20s and of a normal build, with light-coloured long hair almost to his neck.
“He also reportedly spoke with a local accent and was wearing light clothing.
“If you can help, get in touch with us by calling 101 and quoting investigation number 14/127812/24.”
And Erling Haaland isn’t the only Premier League star to have a criminal lookalike, with Jurgen Klopp’s doppelgänger police e-fit being released in April 2023.

David Walliams will also be able to confide in rockstar Liam Gallagher, whose double was being looked for by police back in January this year.
