A man was spotted clinging onto a rope for dear life as he was lashed by heavy rain and raging winds.
The stomach-knotting scenes were filmed by an onlooker in a nearby office.
Footage shows the worker trying to inch himself up the rope to a scaffold on the outside of a tall building.

He was between three and four floors up as he dangled above a deadly drop.
And as he tried desperately to pull himself to safety, he continued to be battered by the storm.
The clip doesn’t show him reaching the platform but it’s believed he managed to get himself out of harm’s way.
Local media said the emergency services were called to the scene to check his condition.
The heart-pounding scenes were filmed on Tuesday (3 Sep) in Puebla, south-east of Mexico City, Mexico.
September is typically Puebla’s wettest month, as reported by Need To Know.
It sees an average of 7.76 inches of rain falling on the city.
It is not clear how the worker ended up beneath the scaffold.
He may have been standing on it and been knocked off by a particularly strong gust of wind.
One social media user commented: “How awful to put workers at risk when rain was on the way!”
