A woman engulfed in flames threw herself from a second-floor window and miraculously survived.
CCTV footage shows how Mara Ballesta opened the window and climbed out of the burning flat.
She briefly stood on a narrow ledge before letting her feet dangle as she grabbed the windowsill with her hands.

But a split-second later, she dropped about 20ft to the ground below with her clothes on fire.
Neighbours heard the thud and immediately rushed to her aid.
They managed to put out the flames engulfing her.
Mara was then taken to a local hospital in Resistencia, Argentina, near the border with Paraguay.
It’s believed the fire started on her mattress and spread to the rest of the bed.
It then spread to the rest of the bedroom while she was inside on Wednesday (25 Sept) night.
She decided to jump from the window to escape the inferno, as reported by Need To Know.
Others in the block of flats helped extinguish the apartment blaze until firefighters arrived at the scene.
Mara is still in hospital with severe burns all over her body.
No one else was hurt, as she lives alone.
