A pregnant teen influencer has revealed that her cancerous tumour has started growing again.
Isabel Veloso was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in 2021 when she was just 15.
The 18-year-old underwent chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and was given the all-clear in November 2023.
But tragically, the cancer returned in a more aggressive form just three months later.

Isabel was told that her condition was terminal and that she only had months to live.
The influencer said she has a 17cm tumour situated between her lungs and her heart.
On 11 August, she told her 3.3million Instagram fans that she was expecting a baby with her husband Lucas Borbas, who she married in April this year.

But 18 weeks into her first pregnancy, the couple revealed that the tumour had grown even more.
They said the cancer was apparently being controlled with palliative care and cannabidiol-based medications, as reported by Need To Know.
In an update on Saturday (5 October) Lucas posted: “Today, a new study showed that the tumour has started growing again in some worrying places.

“We are just digesting this new diagnosis.
“And since we are expecting little Arthur, it makes us even more worried.
“Our evening brought us some difficult news, but I want to remind you that, just as I promised at the beginning, I will continue to be the best husband I can be.
“Isabel, I always knew that you had a different light.
“I couldn’t put my finger on what it was, but I knew you were special.
“You are a brave and strong woman, a true lioness for me and for our son.”
Isabel told her fans on 7 October: “I’m going to have chemotherapy and this won’t cause any problems to the baby as he’s already formed.

“Arthur is healthy and the only thing that could happen is, possibly, he’ll be born a little earlier than expected.
“He’s due on 28 February so he might end up being a little premature.
“But my heart is at peace because I know he’ll be fine and so will I.
“There isn’t a cure for my cancer, but I want to treat it so I can live longer and see my son grow up.”

She added that she plans to meet her prenatal team this week to discuss the next steps.
Hodgkin lymphoma is a type of cancer that develops in the lymphatic system, part of the immune system that helps to protect the body from infection and disease.
