A neurosurgeon and his radiologist wife have been killed in a horror crash along with their four-year-old son.
Edward Camargos Júnior, Renata Moreira Camargos, and little Eduardo Camargos Moreira, burned to death in their wrecked vehicle.
The unnamed driver reportedly veered into the opposite lane on a tight curve and smashed head-on into a lorry.

Their GWM Haval H6 car was dragged along the road for about 130 feet before bursting into flames.

Unable to escape from the wreckage, the family passed away on the BR-262 highway in the municipality of Luz, west of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
The lorry driver was able to escape from his cab without serious injury.

The family was driving to Belo Horizonte when tragedy struck on Wednesday (Nov 20).
An investigation into the tragic accident is ongoing.
Edward graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and specialised in Spinal Surgery.

He worked in several institutions in their hometown of Araxá, including the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Hospital.
He was also a member of the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery.
Renata graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and completed a residency in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging at the UFMG Hospital das Clínicas in Belo Horizonte.
She also worked at the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Hospital along with other health centres in the area, as reported by Need To Know.
