Drone images have revealed the harrowing impact of Storm Bert on a flood-hit town.

The snaps, taken by resident, Darren Thompson, show rainwater flowing down roads in Tenby, Wales.

The storm, which hit parts of the UK last week, caused river levels to rise, as reported by Need To Know.

Storm Bert has brought strong winds and rain to some parts of the UK after the Met Office put a series of amber and yellow weather warnings in place.

Other towns affected include Chippenham, Cwmtillery, Burford, Monmouthshire and Oxfordshire.

Today (Nov 25), people of Northampton were told to stay at home and almost 40 schools across the UK remained closed.
