She apparently misses the top step and tumbles down the staircase in dramatic fashion.
After landing on her rear at the bottom, Pausini turns to the audience and continues singing with an embarrassed smile on her face.
Several dancers help the pop star to her feet as the clip comes to an end.
The stage mishap took place during a concert at the Unipol Forum in Milan, Italy, on 28 November.
Pausini was performing her hit ‘Zero’ when she tumbled down the steps.
She later told her 5M Instagram followers: “Thank you all for the messages of concern after my fall on stage, but I’m fine.
“Nothing happened to me, so much so that yesterday I did a new concert singing and dancing and jumping.

“Also, the tour continues in Europe now.
“I slipped, but nothing happened to me.”
In another post, the singer thanked the local crowd for their support after the accident.
She wrote: “You are Milan, you are the strength I don’t have when I’m afraid of not making it.
“Six nights, over 60,000 people, thank you.”
Pausini’s tour continues in Marseille, France, on 3 December before travelling to Spain where the Italian star has a huge fanbase.

She is considered one of Italy’s most renowned music artists around the globe.
