A glam beauty influencer has died of cancer aged 42.
Lilian Martins Gomes was better known to her one million Instagram followers as Lili Spada.
She revealed in the summer for the first time that she was battling cancer.
Lili, who created content about plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures, then announced that she would be taking an indefinite break from social media due to her “delicate health situation.”

Her team also said: “All her focus is entirely on her recovery at this time.”
She died on Wednesday (3 Dec).
News of her passing was announced by the Brazilian Centre for Hydroliposuction who she was partnered with.
They said all their activities would be suspended for two days to honour the influencer as their “hearts are in mourning”.
The exact cause of her death has not been revealed, but it is believed to be linked to her recent cancer diagnosis.
One close friend said she found a tumour “out of the blue”.
Lili started posting content on beauty procedures in 2014, typically in a humorous way.
As well as a popular Instagram page, she also had a YouTube channel with 85,000 subscribers.
Lili owned a beauty centre and was a successful businesswoman, as reported by Need To Know.
She was also friends with several Brazilian celebrities.
Influencer Mari Menezes said: “Heaven woke up in celebration and we are here in mourning.
“She always took such good care of me.
“Out of the blue, she discovered a tumour.
“My condolences to her husband Ercole Spada Neto.”
Her partner, who works as a plastic surgeon, wrote on Instagram: “Eternal love.”
Lili’s funeral took place on the same day as her passing in her home city of São Paulo.
