In the large window, a giant bow sat with a giant pearl in the middle.
On the right side there was the famous Chanel logo which was embellished with diamonds.
Flames engulfed this side of the bow, and appeared to spread upwards towards the middle.
As the decoration burned, two men could be seen holding fire extinguishers, as they desperately tried to put out the fire.
It is thought that the cause of the fire was a light fixture in the window of the shop.
Police are however conducting an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire, as reported by Need To Know.
The incident occurred on Monday (2 Dec), at Chanel Ginza, in Chuo, Tokyo, Japan.
Luckily no injuries were reported, and by the time the Tokyo Fire Department reached the scene, the fire had been put out.
They received the call at around 6.45pm on the day.
A spokesperson for Chanel Ginza said: “We can confirm that a minor fire incident occurred on December 3, in the main window of our Ginza boutique.”
“The fire was swiftly controlled with no injuries reported.
“The boutique reopened the day after, at its usual times.”
