A heartless thug tried to shoot a cat with a catapult in the street.
The horror moment was captured on stunned Lee Jackson’s Ring security camera.
Two young men were seen in his road which was festooned with Christmas lights.

One of the pair coaxed his black and white moggy over.
He then reached into his pocket and pulled out the slingshot and fired at the feline.
Luckily the puss scarpered and was unhurt.
The 40-second footage from the security camera above his porch then comes to an end.
Shocked dad Lee, 42, of Orpington, south east London, reported it to cops.
He told Need To Know: “In the evening two young men were seen walking in front of my property.
“They called the cat over then got their catapult out and shocked him.

“I’m sickened by what happened.
“I don’t feel safe in my own home.
“Also the same night my daughter’s mobility car was vandalised we couldn’t use the car the next morning.”
And, it seems this incident is one of many in the local area, too.

“With the catapult incident there have been reports in the local area at a park just around the corne.
“Of ducks and geese being shot and killed.”
He added: “Lots of people are not happy in the local area.”
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
