A relaxed thief has been spotted pocketing goods at Marks & Spencer before shoving past staff to make his escape.
The shoplifter is filmed grabbing items and putting them into a duffel bag at the chain’s Holborn branch on Chancery Lane.
He has headphones on and keeps a casual persona throughout the incident.

Seconds later, a member of staff intervenes.

Upon being confronted, the alleged thief attempts to make his way to the exit with his bag full of stolen goods.
A worker is blocking his path but is pushed aside as the man pulls the security gate open and leaves the store.
The footage was captured on 23 December and shared online on 24 December.
Members of the public have been left shocked by the clip, which has been shared online with over five million views.
