A fitness influencer has revealed the extreme lengths she will go to in order to maintain the perfect behind.
Karol Rosalin claims to spend around £3,100 a month on a personal trainer whose only job is to “take care of [her] booty”.
And he certainly pushes the 25-year-old to her limits.
She reportedly does 2,500 squats per week as part of an intense workout routine – that’s 357 a day.
“Doing 2,500 squats per week is my limit so far and it requires a lot of discipline,” Karol told Need To Know.

“To achieve these numbers, I rely on the support of a personal trainer exclusively focused on my glutes.
“He only takes care of my booty.
“I pay over £3,100 a month to ensure my training is flawless.
“My personal trainer not only creates the workouts but also monitors every movement to ensure everything is done perfectly.”
Karol, who was recently named the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ by Playboy Australia, believes her coach is worth every penny.

She said: “This personalised attention allows me to achieve faster and more efficient results.
“For me, [the money spent] is an investment in my work and goals.
“[But] I alternate days.
“Some days I go to the gym just for squats and other days I combine weight training with targeted exercises.

“I leave the gym exhausted but it’s worth it.
“The results are there for anyone to see.
“Now that I’ve won the award, I have to show every day that I deserve it.

“It’s not enough to maintain; I want to go further.
“I’m very competitive with myself and this achievement only motivates me to keep going.”
The São Paulo native also follows a carefully-planned diet to maintain her physique.
It mostly consists of lean proteins like chicken or fish, complex carbohydrates such as oats and grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

She says her behind is purely down to “total dedication”.
Karol added: “My diet is very balanced.
“Sometimes I crave junk food but I stay focused because I know every meal impacts the results.
“My booty isn’t just genetics; it’s the result of a lot of effort, discipline, and investment.

“If you want perfection, you have to work for it.
“None of this is luck – it is total dedication.”
