The ‘most beautiful woman in the world’ has revealed that her looks are actually “paid for” – from boob jobs to butt fillers, Botox and buccal fat removal.

Janaina Prazeres has spent over £760,000 to transform her appearance but says that being pretty makes her feel “powerful”.

The 35-year-old has undergone countless surgical and non-surgical procedures – having most recently shared that her taut skin is thanks to a controversial bee venom treatment.

But Janaina sees no issue with her mission to maintain her youthful glow.

“My appearance is the result of significant investment and planning,” the influencer, who has 712,000 Instagram followers, told Need To Know.

“Beauty isn’t just genetics – it’s dedication and investing in yourself.

“I love feeling more beautiful and I always strive to keep my self-esteem high.

“That’s the secret to a better life.

“If I can invest in it, I won’t hold back.

“I believe there’s nothing wrong with paying for something that makes me feel powerful.”

The São Paulo native, who has made headlines in the past after being voted the ‘Perfect Woman’ by Playboy due to her body’s proportions, says people often try to objectify her or take issue with her good looks.

She said: “Being too beautiful sometimes makes people view me as an object or a trophy.

“It is also difficult to maintain female friendships, as I often sense a competitive and envious atmosphere.

“This makes it hard to form genuine relationships.

“I have learned to stand up for myself and set boundaries so that people respect me beyond my physical appearance.

“Some work opportunities have even been limited because my beauty often overshadows my other qualities, which leads people to underestimate my professional skills.”

Janaína has gone under the knife for three nose jobs, two nose reconstruction surgeries, four liposuctions with BBL, three boob jobs, a facelift and more, to the tune of $300,000, (£228,000).

She also claims to have had a rib removed.

As for the non-surgical procedures, the list is also very long and the cost will only keep going up.

Janaína gets maintenance Botox and lip fillers once every three months, as well as anti-ageing drips and

She said: “People criticize but being named the most perfect woman comes at a price, and I chose to pay it to achieve that standard.

“Being considered ‘perfect’ does not define who I truly am.

“There’s so much more to me than what people see.”

And the model’s journey isn’t over by far.

She added: “I am now getting $100,000 reconstruction surgery for my butt.

“I hope that, in the future, women will be recognised not only for their beauty but also for their other qualities and merits.”
