A mum who revealed she tattooed a ruler on her arm to help her measure a man’s penis size has claimed that going vegan can transform your sex life.
Tracy Kiss, 34, from Buckinghamshire, decided to get dots spaced at every inch and a half from her elbow to her little finger so it had a practical use alongside being aesthetically pleasing.
Now the yoga instructor and life coach, who has a teenage daughter, says that going plant based has “so many advantages” in the bedroom.

“Bringing plant-fuelled strength and stamina to the bedroom allows for hours of mutual enjoyment with a partner – something that many couples lack in a balance of quality and quantity,” Tracy told Need To Know.

“And no – giving and receiving oral pleasure with a partner doesn’t mean you’re not a real vegan because no lives have been harmed or taken.”
Tracy even believes that as meat eaters are “more prone to heart disease, high cholesterol and obesity”, they get “sweaty and out of breath quicker”.
She said: “This means they have to stop the action sooner, whereas vegans are a powerhouse of performance and stamina.
“Just as in the animal kingdom, some of the most muscular and powerful animals are herbivores.

“Horses, gorillas, elephants, deer, rabbits, cows, sheep, goats and giraffes – they have incredible strength and stamina because of their plant-protein diets.”
Tracy, who has been a vegan for 10 years, claims to have persuaded lovers to join her diet.
She said: “During my lifetime of dating, I’ve persuaded more than one carnivorous partner to switch to plant-based protein shakes when training at the gym to increase their strength, stamina and recovery.
“Despite being vegan myself, I’ve never dated another vegan, but partners have considerately introduced more fruit and vegetables into their diet and cut back on meat and dairy to reduce their intake and focus on optimum health and nutrition.”

But Tracy says she doesn’t plan on pushing the diet onto her family.
She said: “The long and short of it seems to be that people who are raised on a meat-focused diet tend to enjoy and crave it.
“They don’t want to go without their favourite burger, nugget, steak or creamy sauce but their health and quality of life pays the price for it.
“I’m not here to tell people what to do with their lives.

“It’s like losing weight, quitting smoking or staying sober – a person can only change bad habits when they are truly ready, not to please others.”
But she will always stand by the fact that it helps in the bedroom.
She said: “I’d much rather be a sexual gymnast than a panting couch potato between the sheets.
“For anybody wanting to try out veganism, I’d say do it.
“Keep your mindset stronger than your cravings, take each day as it comes and don’t allow a little wobble to throw you off of track.

“To break a bad habit takes time and consistency but I promise you it’s worth it ten fold.
“You have better health and a better bank balance without the cost of meat and dairy – and a far better sex life.”
Tracy, a former page three model, previously explained that knowing a partner’s penis size is important to her, which is why she got the tattoo.

She said: “I find the devil is in the detail and I really enjoy knowing the size of a partner.
“While some people keep hold of underwear or sleep in their partner’s T-shirts, I enjoy knowing all measurements for imagination purposes when you’re not together.”
