A bold-as-brass thief stole an iPhone from an Apple store display
The man with a ginger beard and hat was seen holding the smartphone while trying to disconnect the wire.
One of the workers at the shop tried to stop the thief.

The man put the phone down before walking away.
But as the employee turned his back, the thief returned
He grabbed the iPhone and sprinted out of the store and into the shopping centre.
The theft took place Tuesday (14 Jan) from the Apple store in the Arndale shopping centre, Manchester, as reported by Need To Know.

Members of the public were left shocked.
Some questioned if it would work or if it was just a dummy model.
Stuart Chapman stated: “Why does he run like he’s ice skating.”

Amad said: “Well done, you stole a test phone.”
One added: “They don’t even work.”
Another said: “Roundhouse kicking thieves should be normalised.”
One other stated: “Dum criminal it won’t work.”

Greater Manchester Police and Apple have been approached for a comment.
