A heartbroken mum has given birth to a miracle baby after tragically losing her 28-year-old son.
Pina Esposito lost her son Alberto Maria just as he was due to graduate in medicine.
He was involved in a car accident in March 2023 when his vehicle collided with an ambulance.

Pina and Alberto’s dad, Rosario Dell’Aglio, were left shattered by their only son’s death.
But last year, Rosario had a strange dream.
He revealed to Pina, 56, that he had a vision of Alberto handing him a girl with blonde hair, stating that she was his sister.
Just one month later, the couple discovered that they were expecting a baby.
Pina’s pregnancy was considered extraordinary within her community due to her age.
The couple, who are from Italy, believe their baby to be a sign of faith.
On the morning of 25 January, they welcomed Claudia Maria into the world.
She was born at the Umberto Primo Hospital, in Nocera Inferiore, Italy.
Rosario announced the news in a post on Facebook yesterday, as reported by Need To Know.
“The birth of Claudia Maria, sister of Alberto Maria, has lit a light in the darkness of our lives,” he wrote.
“This event also wants to be a message of hope to all those people who put their trust in faith and put their heart’s intentions in God’s Mercy.”
In the same post, he linked a page named ‘Alberto Maria Speciale Doctor’, dedicated to his son.
He invited his friends to join him on the page, which has 34,000 followers, to pray for his son.
