An OnlyFans model has shared her secret to making more money on the adult site: getting a boob job.
Alina Rose paid £7,800 to go from an A cup to a C cup but insists she did this just for herself.
The boost to her earnings was just a “happy coincidence”.

With OnlyFans getting a renewed buzz following the controversial challenges by other stars like Lily Phillips and Bonnie Blue, Alina is opening up about her experience to show “a different side to the industry”.
And to share her thoughts on her fellow content creators’ antics.
The 24-year-old, who rents a £25,000 flat in Hollywood, says you need a tough stomach to deal with the backlash that can come with the job.
And it’s not as easy to make big money as you might think.
“The surgery had nothing to do with my new job – it was entirely for myself,” said Alina, who has 410,000 followers online.
“I used to wonder why I didn’t have boobs and I didn’t feel like a woman.
“After I had my breasts done, I felt so much more confident in my body but I also quickly realised that this was something people responded to online.
“My income doubled – the surgery paid for itself in less than a week and I will never regret doing it.
“I made over five figures every month after that.
“Clearly, men seem to like modifications over natural girls… or at least most men.
“People like to say that they only share bikini and underwear photos or do fitness content on OnlyFans, but the truth is that if you show more, you earn more.
“I have no problem with people paying good money to appreciate my body.
“My family and friends don’t care [that I had a boob job].
“They rely on me to pay their bills and I am very grateful for the support they have brought me.”
Luckily, Alina’s recovery from the surgery was a breeze; with no pain or discomfort.
And although it took a while to get used to having a “strange object” in her body, she couldn’t be happier.
For now, there are no other procedures booked in the diary – but never say never.
While Alina is happy about the increase in earnings following surgery, the model says that – unlike other creators – she won’t take on sex challenges to make more cash.
But she doesn’t judge them for it, either.
She said: “I do want another boob job – not to go bigger, just to get a better shape.
“I’m trying to look snatched.
“One myth on OnlyFans is that we all sleep around but for me, that’s not true.
“I have only slept with two people – a long-term ex-girlfriend and my current boyfriend, who I have been with for three years – since I started my account.
“[On the topic of Bonnie and Lily], I will never hate on a girl getting a bag.
“I will say, personally, I would never do something like that for money, but clearly, there is a demand and if that’s the demand they are filling, [then] good for them.
“If 1,000 men are looking to participate, maybe instead of blaming the woman we should blame the system that allowed for these women to capitalise on it.
“Without those men, this would not have been possible in the first place.”
Alina, who used to work as a pot wash, now has £2.3m in the bank but says being an OnlyFans model is “hard work”.
She said: “People like to say our job is easy but that’s not the case.
“I spend almost all day trying to reply to all my fans and I’m always on my phone working.
“My entire life revolves around finding new ways to constantly improve my income and work to the best of my abilities.
“I shoot new content once a week for OnlyFans, TikTok at least three to four times a week, and I am always cataloguing new photos with friends for all my socials.
“Trolls through insults at me every day, accusing me of not having any morals, dignity or self-respect.
“My life before OnlyFans was hard; I got up at the crack of dawn to work for minimum wage.
“Now I am a self-made woman who sleeps great at night, knowing I have money in the bank and a secure future.
“I don’t care if my breasts helped me get here.”
In her first year, Alina was bringing in up to £3,900 monthly – now, that figure sits at £500,000 per month.
She feels no shame about her decision to have surgery or her job but the model doesn’t plan to be in this game forever.
Alina added: “When I’m truly loaded and own more homes, I plan to become a landlord and live a relaxing life with my boyfriend, Josue.
“I can take care of my family in a way I never imagined.
“I believe in manifestation and I always told myself I’d be rich, I just didn’t know how or how long it would take.
“It’s a dream come true.”
