A teenage dad was caught on camera pulling his newborn son out of a rucksack and leaving him on the pavement.
The shocking scenes were recorded on Tuesday (11 Feb) and show how the infant was left in a plastic bag next to a car.
Locals alerted the emergency services after finding the tot on the street.

Paramedics gave him first aid before taking him to a local hospital in Tultitlán, Mexico.
He is said to be in good physical condition.
The tot’s 18-year-old father turned himself in to the authorities in nearby Mexico City on Wednesday (12 Feb).
Lucio David, surname withheld, had gone to the public prosecutor’s office with his father.
The authorities are now investigating Lucio and the baby’s mother, Diana Jaciel, on suspicion of child abandonment.
Family members say Lucio and 21-year-old Diana, surname withheld, began their relationship when Lucio was a minor.

Prosecutors have asked the Child Protection Department to take the infant under its care when he is discharged.
However, Lucio’s mother has said she will seek custody, as reported by Need To Know.

Dulha Utrera told local media: “My intention is to get custody.
“At least temporarily, so the child can be in my care while everything gets sorted out.
“What I want is to keep my grandson.”
The young couple have not yet been charged.
