A shepherd’s pie is authentically made with lamb as the meat ingredient.
However, Gordon Ramsay is now selling one with beef.

The switch-up in ingredients has left Brits fuming with many stating this would now be a cottage pie.
The item is part of the 58-year-old’s microwaveable ‘gourmet frozen dishes’ range.
Customers can purchase the item for £4.94, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Paul Lancaster said: “Shepherds pie is lamb, cottage is beef end of.”

Mandy Depoiy joked: “Don’t worry obviously Gordon doesn’t know the difference between lamb and beef.”

Another claimed: “I once heard him berate a restaurateur that it’s not shepherds pie unless it has lamb in it.”
Chris Broughton alleged: “The irony slays me.
“This man built his career ripping on people for selling and making c*appy food and now he’s selling microwaveable dinners.”

Michael Price said: “Tastes like absolute booty cheeks in case anyone was wondering.”
The range is exclusively sold in Walmart stores in the USA.
