An emergency room nurse says she would never own a glass table, let her kids jump on a trampoline or put knives in the dishwasher sharp side up.
Natalie Beeson, 26, shared the tips with her social media followers after three years of witnessing gruesome breaks and scrapes.
In a video of herself applying makeup, she listed things she would never do at home.
They included drinking “a particular energy drink brand” which left users speculating over which one.
NHS advice regarding energy drinks is to “drink caffeine in moderation”.
Natalie also said she would never ride a one-wheel, a type of self balancing skateboard, or put a knife in the dishwasher sharp side up.

She also said she would “never own a glass coffee table”.
A university study supported this advice, showing that more than 2.5 million injuries involving glass tables are reported every year.
Natalie also shared some additional tips with Need To Know.
She said: “I would never stand near someone fishing – we always see people who accidentally get hooked.
“And I would never ride a bike or scooter without a helmet because once I saw a patient who had essentially scalped themselves after a fall.”
Natalie’s video was uploaded on 19 February and quickly went viral with 5.3 million views, 237,000 likes and 3,600 comments.
Shirely said: “I have had FIGHTS over the knife side needing to always be pointed down for safety. So validating to hear that one.”

Another person said: “I will never understand owning any kind of glass table.”
One person added: “After working in EMS , I don’t let my kids jump on trampolines anymore. Or ride four wheelers or ATVs.”
