But one beefy guard stepped down from the train after the suspect appeared to throw several punches.
The guard seemed to hit the drunk man in the face before following it up with a firm right hand that sent him falling to the ground.
The muscular guard then dragged the suspect’s limp body away from the train and left him lying on the platform.
The dazed man was seen trying to get to his feet as the clip came to an end.
The video went viral on social media last week.
The altercation took place at Temperley railway station in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires.
Witnesses said the man was clearly intoxicated as he yelled at other passengers on the route from Plaza Constitución Station to the city of La Plata.
One passenger said: “The guy – who was knocked out next to the track – came onto the train at Plaza Constitución while drunk.
“He threatened all the passengers in the carriage.
“He shouted at one young woman who had to get up and move away.
“If anyone looked at him, he would come up to their seat and start yelling.
“He then took off his belt and shirt and continued swearing and harassing the passengers.”
The suspect was met by members of the Tren Roca security team at Temperley station, as reported by Need To Know.
The witness explained: “In Temperley, they called security and the guards spoke to him respectfully until he did what he did.
“They asked him to remove the cans of beer he was carrying on the train and it ended like this.”
It’s unclear if the man was arrested for causing a disturbance on the train.
