A model was shocked after receiving a one-star rating from her taxi driver because he allegedly disapproved of her outfit – as well as an angry message from his wife.
Kerolay Chaves is an influencer known for her sizeable behind which measures 126cm.
The 23-year-old has previously said her big bottom won’t fit into plane seats and she struggles to find trousers that fit.
Although Kerolay knows that her bum draws attention, she was particularly stunned after a recent cab ride.
The model was returning from the gym when she decided to order a taxi home through a ride-hailing app.
When the car arrived, she got in, said hello to the male driver and they got on their way.
But once back at home, she received a very odd message.
“I was surprised when I saw the one-star rating [that the driver gave me],” Kerolay, who has over 270,000 followers, told Need To Know.
“Then his wife sent me a message through the app.
“She stated that she regularly monitors her husband’s rides and ratings.
“The woman explained that she didn’t like my outfit and that this was the reason for the negative rating.
“She said that she didn’t consider my clothing appropriate for a taxi ride.
“I didn’t expect this kind of reaction, especially from someone who doesn’t even know me.”
While Kerolay was surprised by the bizarre reaction to her clothing choice, she also feels that relationships shouldn’t be this controlling.
She added: “I don’t think a partner should interfere in the other person’s personal choices [or monitoring their work].
“This kind of behaviour is not healthy for a relationship.
“I don’t plan to file a formal complaint with the app because I know this situation is not about me, but about their relationship.
“I’m just moving on.”
