A single mum-of-two tragically died after choking on a slice of pizza at the restaurant where she worked.
Chef Paulina Wanat started vomiting after trying the slice.
She was caught on CCTV as she ran to the bathroom, returned, and passed out.

While one of her colleagues called the emergency services, others began giving her CPR.
After firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene, they took over the resuscitation attempts.
But despite their efforts, they could not get Paulina, 31, to regain consciousness.

She was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
However, medics at the facility in Oświęcim, west of Krakow, Poland, could only declare her brain dead.
Her death was confirmed last Friday (14 Mar), as reported by Need To Know.

Paulina leaves behind a five-year-old daughter and a seven-year-old son, whom she had been raising alone.
Her sister-in-law Sylwia said: “The boy requires rehabilitation. He has hearing loss, suffers from muscle tension.”
Of Paulina, Sylwia said: “She sometimes worked three jobs at once to provide everything for her children.”

Paulina had been working at the pizzeria for six months when the horror unfolded.
She had fallen ill on 8 March.
A spokesperson for Ristorante Taormina said: “Always full of smiles, commitment, and positive energy, she made this place more than just a job.

“She created an atmosphere of warmth and kindness.”
A fundraiser for Paulina’s children has received more than £23,970 (120,000 PLN) in donations.
