A thug has attacked a female McDonald’s employee after he got behind the counter where she was working.
The man appeared to be extremely angry about the wait for his food.
A customer who was waiting to collect their order anxiously filmed the altercation, as another worker served a customer.

Shouting can be heard in shock footage, and the employee told the man, “You wait for your food”.
The man then raised up two of his fingers whilst in the kitchen before he screamed at her.
“For two hours,” he said angrily.
By this point, people in the restaurant, including the other worker, had become distracted by the tense scene.
The customer began to walk closer to the woman, who grabbed a metal chip pan to use for protection.
Another male, an employee, was spotted in the background as he attempted to help his coworker, as reported by Need To Know.
The man then pushed the woman, as she shouted, “Don’t you dare push me”, at him.
Loud shrieks can be heard, presumed to be from other employees who witnessed the incident.
As the fight raged on, they all disappeared out of view of the camera with the man heard calling the woman a “piece of s*it”.
Hitting sounds can be heard as other employees and customers made their way behind the counter so that they could attempt to diffuse the situation.
It happened at the branch in Kenilworth, Cape Town, South Africa on Monday (17 Mar).
A McDonald’s spokesperson said: “We are aware of a video circulating online showing an altercation between a customer and one of our employees.
“We take the safety of our employees and customers very seriously and have instituted a full investigation into the matter.”
