She is accused of punching the flight attendant in the face, which broke one of her teeth and caused her nose to bleed.
It has been reported that a dispute allegedly began after the flight attendant asked Saima to close her food tray ahead of take off.
It led to the flight being aborted, and both Saima and her father, Iftikhar, were arrested by the Airport Security Force.
It happened on Tuesday (18 Mar), as reported by Need To Know.
Problems with the duo began during check-in for the Serene Air flight.
Saima is suspected of being intoxicated.
After boarding the plane, Iftikhar, who is the ex-commissioner of Quetta, Pakistan, allegedly insulted the cabin crew while being shown to his seat.
Right before take off, Saima stood up and began shouting which caused discomfort among passengers, it is alleged.
When a flight attendant then approached Saima and asked her to disembark the plane, she allegedly became angry and attacked the staff member.

After being detained, both Saima and Iftikhar provided a written apology to the airline, and they were released without any further action taken.
The flight attendant went to hospital for treatment.
The plane was travelling from Quetta Airport, to Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan.
