A stowaway snake hitched a ride on the roof of a moving car.
A driver cruised down a highway blissfully unaware of his extra passenger.
The motorist was shocked when they realised and pulled over.

Another road user captured the bizarre moment involving the hitchhiking snake.
In the video, the driver of a Perodua Axia remained in the far left lane as the person who filmed moved into the lane beside them.
The snake’s body can be seen on the top of the roof, and some of it curled over the right side at the back.
It weaved its way around the car’s antenna and slithered around, as reported by Need To Know.
Throughout the clip, it poked its head up every now and again and observed its surroundings.
It made its way closer to the front of the white Axia, and at one point, looked as though it was going to travel down to the front window on the passenger side.
The snake then changed its mind and lifted the front part of its body up high in the air.
It suddenly slid off and fell to the ground.
This caused the driver to finally spot the snake, which shocked him to the point where he had to pull over.
It happened around 10 pm on Monday (24 Mar) on a highway in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The driver described it to be as though the snake “fell from the sky.”
It is not known what happened to the snake afterwards, and whether it suffered any injuries.
