A pair of thieves were caught stealing a tip money jar from the counter of a chip shop.
CCTV footage captured the man and woman in the act.
The dishonest duo distracted the server by asking her for a plastic fork, which she needed to retrieve from the restaurant side of the business.

They then swiped the hard-earned tips from Captain Fish.

Owner, Petros Georgieou, was left devastated, describing the situation as “sad.”
Petros’ wife was working behind the counter when the two asked her for the fork, despite neither of the thieves having any food.
As she walked away, the woman, dressed in black, swiftly put the cash-filled jar into her bag.
The thieves made a casual exit out of the premises, as reported by Need To Know.
When Petros’ wife returned she noticed the tip jar was missing from the chippy in Wakefield, West Yorks.
The owner couple made the shocking discovery that they had been robbed after checking their CCTV cameras.
The theft took place last Tuesday (1 Apr) afternoon.
The owner of the chippy reported the crime to the police who are currently investigating it.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Police received a report of theft of a tip jar from premises in Westmorland Street, Wakefield city centre, said to have taken place at 2:45pm on Tuesday (1 April).
“The matter is being investigated.”
Insp Paul Fraser, of Wakefield City Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Wakefield city is seeing an overall reduction of 44 per cent in retail crime compared to this time last.
“We take a zero tolerance approach to this kind of offending and are conducting enquiries to locate the people involved.”
