A cashier dubbed the ‘the world’s hottest’ has ditched her job at Aldi and got a boob job.
Elaine Victoria visited Turkey for her breast surgery.
The 22-year-old then showed off the results.

The former till worker said she had been unhappy with her natural breasts for a long time.
She explained that one boob was bigger than the other and used to cause her a lot of distress.
The ex-cashier also told her fans: “I don’t have large breasts right now, just a completely normal size.”
But since undergoing the op, Elaine has been confidently plastering her new look all over her rapidly-swelling social media pages.
Elaine found fame as an Aldi employee in Hamburg, in her native Germany.
She was dubbed ‘the world’s hottest cashier’ last year.
But she recently announced that she has quit her job with the supermarket giant to focus on influencing, as reported by Need To Know.
She boasts 1.7m TikTok fans and 336,000 followers on Instagram.
And she has a new look to wow her online fans, who have been eagerly following her journey.
She went to Turkey for the boob job last month.
Plastic Surgeon Güray Yeşiladali shared the first images of her boosted chest on his Instagram page.
He said: “We successfully performed a breast augmentation surgery for our valued patient Elaine, considering her wishes and expectations.”
In response to some online criticism that she looked better before, the budding influencer shot back: “As I said, I thought about it for a long time.
“I’m an adult, and I can make my own decisions.”
One fan said: “Waaaaay better.”
“I think they’re nice, but I hope you don’t want to continually go bigger,” Christina added.
Sahin said: “The old version was better.”
