A British fugitive wanted by Interpol has been arrested in a city break hotspot for alleged crimes against children.
A photo released by the police showed two officers leading the handcuffed 42-year-old away in her gown and slippers.
Local media have not named her but have confirmed that Interpol Manchester issued an international warrant for her arrest.
The woman is accused of committing sex crimes against children in the UK, as reported by Need To Know.
The arrest was carried out at around 10am on 5 May but was reported by Spain’s National Police yesterday (12 May).

The woman was placed under surveillance after the police received intel about her possible whereabouts.
She was said to be hiding at a property in Valencia’s forgotten and neglected La Punta neighbourhood.
Following her arrest, she was hauled before a court in Spain’s third city and later remanded into custody.
It is expected that she will be transferred to Madrid ahead of her eventual extradition to Britain.
The process to send her back home to face justice is underway.
