A Tesla driver narrowly avoided catastrophe after going down a main road the wrong way.
The driver of the white Tesla was videoed inexplicably veering into the oncoming traffic lane as a car approached.
The dashcam footage taken from a following car showed the Tesla make a sharp right turn through a gap in the central reservation.

But instead of continuing across the road the motorist straightened up and continued in the direction they were going – but in the wrong carriageway.
The Tesla driver then continued for another 100 yards before veering back on to the proper side of the road, as reported by Need To Know.
Luckily a collision was avoided between the Tesla and the oncoming car and a following car when it returned to the right side of the road.
It happened in Roxeth Hill, Harrow, London on Sunday afternoon (27 May).
The Metropolitan Police said they had no reports about it.
