The Prime Minister was travelling back from his press conference in the North West of England.
Starmer faced a delay after the train from Euston station couldn’t make it past the first stop.
The 62-year-old ended up being late to his own conference yesterday (29 May) that he had called the night before.
After arriving back in London around 8pm a commuter spotted the PM making his way home.
The disgruntled man voiced his views on the PM’s political decisions since he was elected in July 2024.

In the footage the leader of the Labour party marched forward trying to ignore the chants.
The taunting continued until before a police officer approached the man bringing it to halt.
The interaction came after the PM held a press conference from a factory.
Starmer addressed a number of topics including the leader of Reform UK party Nigel Farage.
