A passenger was rushed to hospital after a bus collided with a car and crashed onto the tram tracks.
The single-decker bus veered off the road after the collision before being lodged over two sets of the line.
The rush hour crash caused the tram service to be delayed for six hours.

One passenger aboard was treated for chest and arm injuries before being taken to hospital.

The crash caused huge traffic jams as the collision took place just before the afternoon school run.
The bizarre incident took place near the junction of Field Way and Lodge Lane, New Addington, Croydon.

The 130 bus to Thornton Heath, which has been home to stars such as Stormzy and Wifired Zaha, was involved in the collision.
At about 2:30pm on Wednesday (11 Jun), emergency services were called to the scene, as reported by Need To Know.
Three hours later, the bus was still sprawled across the tram lines with traffic piling up in the area.
Eventually, at about 9:30pm, the tram service between Addington Village and New Addington resumed.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 2.38pm today (11 June) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Field Way and Lodge Lane, New Addington.
“We sent resources including ambulance crews and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated one patient for a chest and arm injury and took them to hospital.”
A Transport for London spokesperson said: “A route 130 bus collided with a car in Croydon yesterday, with the bus blocking part of the tram track.
“Thankfully no serious injuries were reported.
“The bus was recovered as quickly as possible and the tram service was able to resume later that evening.
“We understand this will have been distressing for those involved and have support available.
“Safety is our top priority and we’re determined to ensure London’s bus network is safe for everyone.
“We are working with the police and the bus operator, Transport UK, to investigate this incident.”
The Metropolitan Police has been approached for a comment.
