Frankie & Benny’s are handing out £16,000K of free new burgers so I went down to try some – and they were delicious.
The massive giveaway follows the launch of their new menu items — which have already gone down a storm.
The promotion officially kicked off on Monday, 23 June, and has now been extended to Friday, 27 June and in total, Frankie & Benny’s are expected to give away 10,000 free burgers, worth an estimated £16,000.
Lucky guests can claim a free burger – no strings attached. No catch, no minimum spend – just an invite to taste the best of what Frankie & Benny’s has to offer.
The new burgers include a DOUBLE STACK – loaded with double beef, double bacon and tons of oozy cheese.
The MAC DADDY – Topped with their house Mac ‘n’ Cheese & crispy bacon.
The STEAKHOUSE – Stacked high with beef brisket and a side of peppercorn sauce.
The LITTLE ITALY – A burger that brings you chicken parm & their famous marinara sauce.
The vegan CENTRAL PERK – A plant-powered patty loaded with their crispy cauli bites.
For us – we decided to do this the right way.
First, we ordered drinks and a starter — a lovely glass of house rosé, a beer, and a garlic bread sharer.
The bread was absolutely delectable: buttery and soft on top, crispy on the bottom, and glazed in garlic.
Then came the burgers — we went for the Mac Daddy and the Steakhouse.
The Steakhouse arrived dripping with brisket, topped with onion rings, peppercorn sauce, and served alongside crispy fries.
The beef was melt-in-the-mouth tender, layered over an already stunning patty.
The Mac Daddy was smothered in mac ‘n’ cheese — just how you’d want it.
If you’re a cheesy person like me, this one’s for you: cheesy sauce, bacon, lettuce, and mayo in perfect balance.
Naturally, we saved room for dessert.
We ordered the Hot Cookie Dough and the Hot Chocolate Fudge Brownie Sundae.
The cookie dough was immense — soft, gooey, and intensely chocolatey, topped with beautiful vanilla ice cream.
I’m usually not a sundae person, but this won me over: warm, chewy brownie bites, chunks of chocolate, ice cream, and whipped cream… what’s not to love?
The service was also incredible.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses were absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making our experience a good one.
