Heidi Lavon is building a powerful personal brand by blending tattoos, cosplay, and gaming, challenging conventional aesthetics, and engaging millions of followers around the globe.
Lavon, a former hairstylist turned multimedia entrepreneur, has amassed more than 10.4 million TikTok followers and over 2.5 million on Instagram @heidilavon.
She regularly streams as a Twitch Partner, where she delves into horror franchises like “Resident Evil” and “Silent Hill” alongside mainstream titles such as “Marvel Rivals” and “HellDivers.”
Her journey began in Fairbanks, Alaska, growing up and studying cosmetology before entering the tattoo modeling world. She later became a globally featured cover model and contributor for Skin Art Magazine. Despite early warnings that her tattooed appearance would limit her opportunities, Lavon says it became her signature. “People used to tell me I’d never make it in the industry with tattoos — now I’m booked because of them,” she told OK! Magazine.
Her ink is deeply personal. Each tattoo represents resilience, self‑expression and a refusal to conform to mainstream beauty standards. Lavon’s career spans modeling, cosplay and gaming, and she has collaborated with major brands like Marvel and Warhammer.
She’s also made appearances on popular TV shows, including Beavis & Butt‑Head and Portlandia, and even graced the cover of FHM. As a content creator, Lavon handles every aspect of her brand—shooting, editing and community engagement—through her podcast “Exposure Therapy,” which tackles movie reviews, vulnerability, and confronting fears.
Lavon, is engaged to James Marshall Ramsey, a military veteran and athlete. The couple frequently collaborate on joint projects and discuss resilience and relationships on platforms like the “Dumb Blonde” podcast.
Her following continues to grow, fueled by her unapologetic stance on authenticity and representing underrepresented voices in digital media. In her words, “Cosplay and gaming let me step into any world I want, but the real power comes from building a community where people feel seen, weird and wonderful.”
From body art to board games, Lavon is at the forefront of modern influencer culture, expanding the definition of beauty, authenticity and success in the digital era.
