A brazen woman with a balloon in her mouth and surrounded by gas canisters was spotted in a parked car.
She was seen in driver’s seat of the grey Peugeot parked at the side of the road.
She had a silver, inflated balloon in her mouth and was looking at her mobile phone.

Her window was down and a stack of canisters were piled up on the passenger seat.
A passerby filmed the woman and she casually covered her face with her headscarf.
He asked: “What’s gone on auntie?”.
It happened on Lady Margaret Road, Southall, west London, on Sunday (6 Jul), as reported by Need to Know.
Locals were left stunned.
Leah said: “The way she sees herself being recorded and just doesn’t care.”
Another person added: “I was part of a team that had to cut three lads out of a car they crashed doing that very same s*it.
“The front seat passenger lost one of his legs.
“Kids, keep away from this stuff.”
A third said: “Those cans are littering the streets everywhere.”
Hugh claimed: “She’s going to kill someone.
“Met Police, I hope you’ve taken action.”
Jenny added: “Why do people who do this choose to get behind a wheel?
“If they have to, do it at home.
“Don’t put other lives in danger.”
The Metropolitan Police have been approached for comment.
