An influencer has been caught with £2.2m worth of drugs at an airport.
Vance Ray Randolph was taken into custody after officers discovered a large number of narcotics in his luggage.
The 22-year-old, who has more than 157,500 followers on TikTok, has not publicly commented on the charges he is facing.
Police shared a video of officers going through Vance’s luggage and discovering bags of drugs.
The seized narcotics had an estimated street value of $2.97m (£2.2m), according to authorities.
Vance frequently posts snippets of his daily life, boxing videos and lighthearted pranks to his social media accounts, as reported by Need To Know.
The content creator, from South Carolina, was stopped at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, in Atlanta, Georgia, US, by Customs and Border Protection agents.
He was reportedly trying to fly out of Atlanta and into Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Officers seized a total of:
12.35 lbs. of THC Wax
34.39 lbs. of Hashish
4.6 lbs. of Marijuana
1.21 lbs. of Pasty Marijuana.
A police statement read: “Vance is facing narcotics violation charges and was transported to the Clayton County Jail.
“All arrests and photos are public information.
“An arrest does not mean that the individual has been or will be convicted of the crime.
“Individuals on this press release/post/video are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.”
Vance was arrested on 28 June.
Vance’s legal proceedings are expected to continue in the coming weeks.
