A cop raced to a suspected burglary – only to find the culprit was a wild boar.
Shocked residents believe the beast – quickly dubbed the “boar-glar” – smashed its way in through the back door.
Footage shared by Lee County Sheriff’s Office shows the officer arriving to find glass doors shattered, with shards scattered across the floor, as reported by Need To Know.

The hefty hog was then spotted standing in the living room, blocking the doorway.
As the officer tried to investigate, the boar shuffled into another room – before the pair came face-to-snout.
The deputy attempted to calm the animal, but it suddenly charged and bolted into the backyard.
The hog-wild beast then circled back and ran at the officer again as he tried to wrangle it with a rope.
But the slippery swine eventually managed to give cops the slip, darting into nearby woods.
The bizarre break-in happened on Friday (5 September) in Lee County, Florida, US.
